I know I'm a day late but my family had a great 4th! Eugene, Linus and I stayed home for the majority of the day besides a quick trip to town and back in the morning. It wasn't too hot or too cold either.
We went over to Eugene's parents house for dinner and to have our own firework display. My parents were camping with my brother and his family. Well, let me tell you, Linus wanted nothing to do with the fireworks. He was outside with us when Eugene's dad lit the first one and he took off towards the woods. Eugene caught him and he held him until the firework was done then he wanted down and he took off like lightening towards the house and he wanted to go in and sit in the recliner and watch Toy Story. One of the fireworks was really loud and he was screaming for mema inside the house. Poor thing. We're suppose to go see them over Otsego Lake this weekend but it's up to Linus.

Well we hope everyone enjoyed their time with family and friends.
Have a great day.
