My Little Man

My little man seems to be growing up too fast before my eyes. Yesterday was no different.
I went to my in-laws house yesterday to pick up Eugene and Linus but the boys were playing outside so we stayed a little longer. We ended up following Eugene's dad into the pole barn as he was trying to fix something on his motorcycle. Linus likes to help but sometimes, he just makes it take longer to accomplish. When you walk into the pole barn, there is Gene's motorcycle and Tyler's motorcycle. In the middle is Linus' bicycle. ( : It's the cutest site ever. He wants to do everything Papa does. Well he was getting a little tired of standing around and decided to climb on his bike. He then put his feet on the pedals and moved himself. The first time ever he could do that. Eugene and I were totally shocked so Eugene put Linus's helmet on and told him to climb on again to see what he could do. HE CAN RIDE A BIKE AND HE'S NOT EVEN 2 1/2!!!! We bought him a spiderman bike with training wheels a while ago and he's been riding it all summer with the help of Eugene, Papa or Mema. He never wants me to help but that's ok. Well last night he amazed all three of us with the fact that he can ride without help. He kept riding in and out of the pole barn but always needed help getting over the hump to get back inside. He's very smart and he's becoming independent. Mema was kinda sad to have to watch the video of it. Eugene ran in the house and got the camcorder to tape it. Linus is her only grandchild and she likes to watch the "firsts" of everything just like we do. He is such an amazing child! I am surely blessed to be chosen to be his mom. What an honor!
I'm not very good and remembering to write all of his "firsts" in his baby book so I'm trying to remember to write some of them here.

Have a fantastic day everybody!!!!
