My Little Man

Linus is not feeling well again. I took him to the doctors yesterday for his 2 year check up. He's doing well in everything. He's behind in a couple shots but we'll get them in 2 weeks after he's not sick anymore. I have no idea how it happened but Linus has pink eye in both eyes. He looks horrible. The poor little man. The bad thing is that he can't open his eyes in the morning until you wipe them with a warm wash cloth. Eugene says that he kinda looks like a zombie. It actually looks like someone colored around his eyes with a red crayon. We also found out that he has another sinus infection. His doctor wants to put him on Zyrtec after he's all cleared up from the sinus infection and the pink eye. : (

I took Linus to an allergy specialist a while ago but didn't think I needed to take him back. Well, the child is suffering big time and I just didn't notice. I can't keep him inside so we'll just have to make sure he takes medicine for it. Poor boy. I guess this is going to be the worst year yet for allergy sufferers.

Hopefully, next time anything like this happens again, we'll know to take him in right away. We waited a day to do it and it got worse. Hopefully he looks better when I go home today. He can't play outside because of the rain so we'll just have to go down stairs and bother daddy while he works : )
