Allergy Season

Is it ever going to end? Linus rubs his eyes all the time. His nose is running again. I took him to my family doctor on saturday because his was not on call. Well, Linus has pink eye again and the beginning of an ear infection. He has never had an ear infection. Just the beginnings and we take him in right away. I asked my doctor if the pink eye is from his allergies. He said it could be but because he had a green discharge, that its probably bacterial. Again. For the 2nd time in less than 2 weeks. He's going in tomorrow to update his shots and to be put on Zyrtec. I really can't wait for the medicine because this is crazy. I feel terrible when he doesn't feel well. And it makes for a long night when he's suffering.

We were not able to go to Abby's birthday party because of the pink eye. I called her mom as soon as we got out of the office to let her know. She was giving me a hard time telling me that I'm full of excuses as to why I couldn't come. She always thinks I'm full of excuses. Close but not always ( :
